announces an April 6 release date
for I Need a Hat, the
new CD from legendary blues group
Downchild, with U.S. distribution by
E1 Entertainment. The new album
marks Downchild’s 40th
anniversary and includes special
guests film/TV star Dan Aykroyd (aka
“Elwood Blues”) on harmonica,
blues-rocker Colin James and roots
music all-star Colin Linden on
guitars, and Stax Records legend
Wayne Jackson of The Memphis Horns
on trumpet.
