Trying, the label debut CD from
Canadian folk duo Madison Violet.
True North Records is distributed in
the U.S. by E1 Entertainment
Comprised of Brenley MacEachern and
Lisa MacIsaac, who both hail from
small Scottish towns in Canada,
Madison Violet has released two
critically-acclaimed prior albums
and generated a considerable buzz
around the world with constant
touring, where they’ve opened for
the Indigo Girls and Ron Sexsmith,
among others. Madison Violet’s two
earlier albums were recorded in
London and produced by John Reynolds
(U2, Sinead O’Connor).
